WHAT IS A JACKPOT:

1. The Progressive Jackpot (the “Jackpot”) is an optional side wager layered on top of the eligible casino game(s) (the “Eligible Game(s)”). The Jackpot consists of the “Mega”, “Major”, “Minor” and “Mini” jackpot levels (each a “Jackpot Level Award”). Participation in the Jackpot is not required to play any Eligible Game(s), and participation in the Jackpot has no impact on an Eligible Game’s outcome.

HOW TO OPT-IN/PARTICIPATE:

2. To participate in the Jackpot, you must be at least 21 years of age, present in Connecticut, and opt-into the Jackpot on your Mohegan Sun Casino account (“Casino Account”) from the Lobby, the Jackpots Category Page or the In-Game Jackpot Panel at the top of the in-game window by navigating to the Opt-in/out Action Sheet via the “Opt in” buttons.

3. By default, you will be opted-out of the Jackpot.  When opting-in to the Jackpot, you must choose from the two available denomination options (1x or 2x the base jackpot wager amount). Once you opt-in to the Jackpot, each time you initiate a hand, spin, or round of any Eligible Game, an additional $0.10, if you choose the 1x base jackpot wager denomination opt-in option, or $0.20, if you choose the 2x base jackpot wager denomination opt-in option (each, as applicable, the “Jackpot Wager Amount”), will be debited from your Casino Account balance, and you will have a chance to win a Jackpot Level Award. If you are playing a live dealer Eligible Game that offers the option to play multiple hands during a single round and are opted-in to the Jackpot, only a single Jackpot Wager Amount will be deducted from your Casino Account regardless of the number of hands played for that round and you will only have a single chance to win a Jackpot Level Award. For clarity, once you opt-in to the Jackpot on any Eligible Game, you will be opted-in to participating in the Jackpot on all Eligible Games associated with the Jackpot and will remain opted-in until you opt-out. You may change your Jackpot Wager Amount denomination at any time.

4. The fixed Jackpot Wager Amount opt-in option you select has a direct proportional impact on the probability of winning each Jackpot Level Award. For example, if the “Mini” Jackpot Level Award has a win probability of .01 (1 in 100 odds) at a 1x Jackpot Wager Amount opt-in selection, a player who opts in to participating at a 1x base Jackpot Wager Amount will have that specific probability of winning the “Mini” Jackpot Level Award. However, a player who selects a 2x base Jackpot Wager Amount will have a .02 probability (1 in 50 odds) of winning the same “Mini” Jackpot Level Award.

HOW TO OPT-OUT:

5. You may opt out at any time from the Lobby, the Jackpots Category Page or the In-Game Jackpot Panel at the top of the in-game window by navigating to the Opt-in/out Action Sheet via the “Opt out” buttons. Once opted out, you will not be eligible to win a Jackpot Level Award until you opt-in to the Jackpot again.

JACKPOT WAGER INFORMATION:

6. The base amount you wager on the Eligible Game (e.g., the “Bet” or “Stake”) is not inclusive of the Jackpot Wager Amount (i.e., the Jackpot Wager Amount is a separate, additional amount). Your Casino Account balance will be reduced by (x) the amount you wagered on the Eligible Game; plus (y) the Jackpot Wager Amount which is displayed as “Amount Wagered $0.10” or “Amount Wagered $0.20” at the top of the Eligible Game’s in-game window which is dependent upon your opt-in selection. For each hand, spin, or round of any Eligible Game, the Jackpot Wager Amount will continue to be deducted from your Casino Account until you opt-out of the Jackpot.

7. Your Jackpot Wager Amount may be funded by non-withdrawable Casino site credit ("Casino Bonus") or deposited cash funds. Any Casino Bonus in your Casino Account will automatically be used to fund the Jackpot Wager Amount before any deposited funds. Bonus Spins may not be used to fund the Jackpot Wager Amount. Therefore, even if you are opted-in to the Jackpot, if you use a Bonus Spin on the Eligible Game, no Jackpot Wager Amount will be deducted from your Casino Account for that hand, spin, or round of the Eligible Game, and you will not be eligible to win a Jackpot Level Award. Bonus Spins are automatically used before depositing cash funds when wagering on an Eligible Game.

RETURN TO PLAYER/SEED INFORMATION:

8. Thirty-one percent (31%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the current Jackpot Level Awards, and fifty-two percent (52%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount is reserved for reseeding future Jackpot Level Awards (the “Reserve”). Specifically, ten percent (10%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the current “Mega” Jackpot Level Award, nineteen percent (19%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the “Mega” Jackpot Level Award’s Reserve, eight percent (8%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the current “Major” Jackpot Level Award, twelve percent (12%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the “Major” Jackpot Level Award’s Reserve, seven percent (7%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the current “Minor” Jackpot Level Award, eleven percent (11%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the “Minor” Jackpot Level Award’s Reserve, six percent (6%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the current “Mini” Jackpot Level Award, and ten percent (10%) of the Jackpot Wager Amount funds the “Mini” Jackpot Level Award’s Reserve. This allocation of the Jackpot Wager Amount among the current Jackpot Level Awards and the Reserves generates a total theoretical return to player of eighty-three percent (83%). The initial seed amount of the “Mega” Jackpot Level Award is at least $15,000.00, the initial seed amount of the “Major” Jackpot Level Award is at least $1,250.00, the initial seed amount of the “Minor” Jackpot Level Award is at least $135.00, and the initial seed amount of the “Mini” Jackpot Level Award is at least $14.00 (each an “Initial Jackpot Level Seed Amount”). FanDuel will use the entire amount accrued in the Reserve to reseed the next iteration of the Jackpot Level Award. If there are insufficient funds in the Reserve to meet an Initial Jackpot Level Seed Amount, FanDuel will fund the difference to ensure each Initial Jackpot Level Seed Amount is met.

JACKPOT WIN INFORMATION:

9. Jackpot winners are determined randomly by an independent random number generator and not the result of any specific outcome from the Eligible Game’s gameplay. While multiple Jackpot Level Awards are available to be won, only a single Jackpot Level Award can be won on any single hand, spin, or round of an Eligible Game.

10. All Jackpot Level Award wins will be verified by and awarded after FanDuel’s Jackpot system’s internal validation process. If a Jackpot Level Award is won within close succession to a previous Jackpot Level Award win, there may be a delay in the in-game Jackpot panel displaying the most current Jackpot prize amount(s).

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS:

11. Without limiting any rights or remedies set forth in the FanDuel or Mohegan Sun Casino Terms and Conditions, as applicable, in the event any technical component(s) associated with the Jackpot malfunctions or becomes unresponsive for any reason, any Jackpot transaction that fails to process as a result therefrom will be voided, any Jackpot Wager Amount debited from your Casino Account shall be refunded to you, and you will not be eligible to win a Jackpot Level Award on that hand, spin, or round of the Eligible Game. If your Jackpot Wager Amount was funded using Casino Bonus, the Casino Bonus will be refunded to your Casino Account, subject to the same terms and conditions (e.g., Casino Bonus expiration).  Further, in the event of any malfunction resulting in the overpayment or an error in the configuration of a Jackpot in a functioning Eligible Game, should any funds be credited to your Casino Account in error, it is your responsibility to notify FanDuel or Mohegan Sun Casino of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the malfunction or error and prior to the notification to FanDuel or Mohegan Sun Casino, whether linked to the malfunction or error or not, shall be deemed invalid and returned to, or otherwise be reclaimable by FanDuel or Mohegan Sun Casino. FanDuel and Mohegan Sun Casino accept no responsibility and will not be liable to you for any such winnings related thereto.

12. These Jackpot Rules (“Rules”) are subject to and incorporated into the FanDuel or Mohegan Sun Casino Terms and Conditions, as applicable. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the FanDuel or Mohegan Sun Casino Terms and Conditions, as applicable, the FanDuel or Mohegan Sun Casino Terms and Conditions, as applicable shall govern. FanDuel reserves the right to modify or amend these Rules at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Rules for any changes. By opting-in to participate in this Jackpot, you understand and agree to be bound by these Rules. FanDuel may modify these Rules, cancel or modify any Jackpot, add or remove Eligible Games, or exclude any individual(s) from participation in the Jackpot, in each case, for any reason and in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice, subject to regulatory approval where necessary.

13. In the event the Jackpot is decommissioned and FanDuel is in possession of player contributions associated with generating the theoretical return to player, FanDuel shall distribute any remaining funds to previously participating players, via a regulator approved method, and provide users with reasonable notice of the planned decommission. In the event the Jackpot is transferred to a new Jackpot, FanDuel shall determine the total amount of player contributed Jackpot funds remaining in its possession, transfer such funds to the new Jackpot, and provide users with reasonable notice of the planned transfer.

14. To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Jackpot, you hereby agree and consent, without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind, to the editing, modification, replication, publication, and/or other use of your name, image, likeness, and the like, in any medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, including, without limitation, any and all advertising, promotions, and other publicity conducted by FanDuel, whether in connection with the Jackpot or otherwise.

15. You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with winning a Jackpot Level Award.

16. FanDuel may amend the list of Eligible Games associated with this Jackpot at any time, subject to regulatory approval.
